Some key changes from last night – these are the main points (there will be full detail in the minutes).
>Ladies teams – Now 4 to count per team, instead of three
>Costs – The charge for competing is now £1 per runner. This is an absolute bargain, £1 for 7 races, don’t think you could race anywhere for so little.
>Promotion/demotion in races. This is now a percentage of the field (senior races only). If you finish in the top 10% you will be promoted to the medium or fast packs.
>Timetable. Following overwhelming support from the clubs, the timetable will continue in the same format as last season. Ladies off at 1:15
